Choosing Which Users to Display in the Users List
When you press the button on the Main Page labeled Select Users, you will come to a page which looks like this:
You can choose to view a subset of the list of all users by selecting from
the
fields on this screen.
Type willl show you only users of the type you select here - Pending or
Verified.
(Pending users have signed up, and have been sent a verification email. But they
have not yet clicked the verification link on that email. Verified users have
clicked
that link.)
Permissions will show you only users who have the permissions you select here,
such as Regular User, Adminstrator, Staff or Banned.
Attendees will show you only users who are attendees of your church, or not.
(This is from a question on the sign-up form, that users must answer.)
The other fields all operate the same way:
* Name
* Username
* Email
* City
* State
You enter some text in the field to select that particular user. For example,
to see all users named George, you would enter George in the Name field.
Or a more useful example: you can enter Atlanta in the City field to view
all users in Atlanta.
You may fill in as many or as few of these as you like, and it will show you the
results. For example,
you may choose to see all users who are Verified, living in Georgia and named
Fred.
Then, when you press the button labeled Select by Above Criteria, you will be returned to the Main Page and the list of Users will show only the users you selected.
Note: to reset the list to All Users, click on the Select Users button, and when you come to the Select page, simply press Select by Above Criteria, without doing anything else.
